involve.me is a no-code customer engagement SaaS and one of the few startups in Austria to run a 4 day work week (with 32 hours). Our AI-powered tool helps marketers, sales people and entrepreneurs with no coding skills to create beautifully effective interactive funnels with content such as intelligent forms, surveys, landing pages, quizzes, product recommenders, calculators and payment pages.

Here’s a few things we’re looking for you to bring to the team:

  • Native level English (German is not even mildly necessary)

  • Affinity for IT while handling requests of a technical nature

  • Experience with customer support software like Intercom is a plus

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role in (enterprise) SaaS is also a plus

  • Ability to ask the right questions to identify the root of the problem

  • Simplify complex solutions into easy to follow step-by-step instructions

  • A delightful and helpful attitude towards our customers

  • A bottomless pit of excitement for involve.me and all its features

Here’s what your day at involve.me will look like:

  • Solve first and second level support requests

  • Tend to customer requests form the Intercom live chat and on email

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical requests with lightning speed and enthusiasm

  • Refer to, extend and create internal resource libraries

  • Jump on periodical calls with the team

  • Approach customers holistically to help them reach their objectives with involve.me

  • Recreate customer issues in involve.me to provide individually catered solutions

  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits

  • Identify areas of expansion and upgrades where involve.me can further help customers solve their business problems

  • Be the voice of the customer as you partner with engineering, marketing, product, and sales to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
